Case Management
Our company believes that an early-proactive-intervention
program greatly expedites attainment of complete medical recovery.  This enables the injured or sick individual to return to a productive lifestyle sooner, while saving valuable dollars on medical costs.

An effective case management program includes, but is not limited to:

Information gathering;

Thorough assessment of the case;

Development of a plan for recovery;

Plan implementation;

Follow-up and monitoring of the plan to determine and facilitate any changes necessary to expedite recovery or return to work;

Timely reporting.

The Reny Company provides both telephonic and on-site case management services.  Case managers conduct assessments to plan, coordinate, implement and monitor the treatment of an injured or sick individual.  These services can be rendered on an as needed basis until medical stability or total medical recovery is achieved, or the individual returns to work.
