MedSave is our national Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), built for the casualty market.  MedSave is a network of efficient hospitals, physicians, and ancillary health care providers and facilities that is offered to various insurers, union administrators, self-insured organizations, and other sponsors of health plans (payors) .

We understand that hospital and physician expenses comprise the largest portion of medical dollars spent on workers’ compensation claims and, therefore, present the greatest opportunity for achieving savings and combating rising medical costs.

We combine the medical expertise of nurses and physicians with the adjusting expertise of our clients’ claims professionals. The result is higher-quality medical care, expedited return-to-work, improved worker and employee satisfaction and reduced costs for the payer. MedSave, achieves a higher level  of savings, quality and accessibility.

Our network physicians and nurses assist in reviewing care and communicating with the treating physician. Telephonic case managers provide comprehensive case management of the medical and vocational aspects of claims, including:

• Early intervention
• Coordination of care with network providers
• Utilization review management
• Peer consultation with the treating physician, as needed
• Medical bill review
• Return-to-work coordination

By accessing our network of quality healthcare providers, eligible members of participating payors will receive a preferred rate for services and lower out-of-pocket costs.
